Please note that due to limited vaccine supply, UConn Health will likely start scheduling appointments for those aged 65+ (who are now eligible under the state’s guidelines to receive the vaccine) in mid-March. Appointments for Those Aged 65+ Likely to Start Mid-March Working with our state partners, some of these appointments may be accelerated to meet the state’s goal of having all health care workers and those 75 and older vaccinated as soon as possible. While fluctuations in our vaccine supply still exist week to week, UConn Health is committed to satisfying all first- and second-dose appointments currently scheduled. To date, this has included health care workers eligible under the state’s Phase 1a and individuals who are aged 75 and over (the first tier of Phase 1b). UConn Health has been vaccinating individuals eligible under the state’s guidelines. Already Scheduled Vaccines Continue for Health Care Workers and Individuals 75+ For those 65+ please keep checking back weekly for vaccine appointment availability. Note: At this time UConn Health will NOT be accepting any new first dose vaccine appointments by phone or online. Currently, the State of Connecticut and UConn Health are administering three different types of COVID-19 vaccines: Moderna and J&J vaccines are only authorized for use by those aged 18+.

Important note: At this time, only the Pfizer vaccine is approved for those under 18 years old. Those 13 and above may use M圜hart or call to schedule their appointment. Individuals under 13 years of age are not permitted to book through M圜hart, so please call 86 to schedule an appointment.

A parent/guardian needs to be present to consent for minors (5- to 17-year-olds) at the time of vaccination. UConn Health is currently administering vaccines to those aged 5 and above. Get the latest information about boosters and third doses. If you have not yet received your COVID-19 vaccine, and you are 5 years of age or older, we encourage you to schedule your appointment today at Farmington Outpatient Pavilion vaccine clinic.
