The Special Quests information was found on the Gamewinners site ( The maps are, to the best of my knowledge, complete and without error. This information is displayed in a readily usable and consistent manner throughout all the maps contained herein. While my maps are not as exhaustive regarding items and encounters as other resources, they contain all necessary information, such as where exits/portals/pits lead to, and what keys are required for which locks. The solution maps I found online were not particularly userfriendly, so I decided to compile my own.

Eye of the beholder maps and walkthru series#
The third in the series is Eye of the Beholder 3: Assault on Myth Drannor.1 EYE OF THE BEHOLDER LEVEL MAPS 2005 Simon Osborne The maps contained in this document were compiled from a variety of online sources and my own maps drawn while re-playing the game in February My aim in creating these maps was to display all the relevant information for each level in an easy to understand guide for quick and easy reference. The first game in the series is Eye of the Beholder. It continues the story of the events surrounding Waterdeep. Eye of the Beholder 2 WalkthroughĮye of the Beholder 2: The Legend of Darkmoon was published by Strategic Simulations in 1991. Run the ASE mod, select the game folder where Eye of the Beholder 2 is located, load your save game (you need to have a party created before this will work), click on “Start Search” to find your party and the map should load in a separate window next to your game.
Eye of the beholder maps and walkthru install#
You can either draw your own as you go or install the All Seeing Eye mod which adds an automap in a separate window. I recommend importing your characters because they’ll have much more experience and Eye of the Beholder 2 is far more difficult than the first game.Įye of the Beholder 2 doesn’t come with an automap. You can import four characters from the save file of Eye of the Beholder. The heroes make their way to a local inn for some much needed rest when they get a note from Khelben, the Archmage of Waterdeep, who asks them to investigate reports of evil in the Temple Darkmoon.Įye of the Beholder 2 features an updated game engine with outdoor areas to explore, more player interactions with the environment and a deeper storyline. Eye of the Beholder 2: The Legend of Darkmoon takes place just after the events of Eye of the Beholder.
